Naxon Sports is a custom sportswear and teamwear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, shipping private label orders to brands, clubs and gyms across the United Kingdom. Lower import duty for UK buyers
Pakistan is in the Enhanced Preferences tier of the UK’s Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS), which gives 0% import tariffs on most product lines. Since 1 January 2026, the garment rules of origin are simpler: only one significant manufacturing process, such as cutting and sewing, has to happen in Pakistan, and part or all of the fabric can come from other countries depending on the garment. That means many of the garments we cut and sew in Sialkot can qualify for preferential duty when they enter the UK.

Duty and VAT in brief
For business imports, UK import VAT is charged when the goods arrive, and VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it on their VAT return. Customs duty depends on the product’s commodity code and whether it qualifies for DCTS preference. Your courier or customs broker collects any duty and VAT, or we can discuss a duties-paid delivery with your quote.

Can grassroots clubs order small quantities?
Yes. The minimum is 30 pieces per design, and names, numbers and sizes can be different on every shirt.
Will my order qualify for 0% duty?
Many cut-and-sewn garments can qualify under the UK DCTS rules from 1 January 2026. It depends on the commodity code and materials, so tell us the products and we will prepare the origin details your broker needs.
Do you make samples before bulk?
Yes. We recommend a sample for every new design so you can check fit, fabric and print. The sample cost is adjusted in your bulk order.
Can you ship to Northern Ireland and the islands?
Yes, we deliver to any UK address. Tell us the postcode and we will confirm the best service.
