Fabric Cutting
Every order starts at the cutting table. Your pattern is marked on the fabric, many layers are stacked on top of each other, and our cutting machine cuts through the whole stack in one pass. Every panel in your size set comes out the same shape and size, which keeps the fit consistent across the full order.
Best for: bulk orders of tracksuits, hoodies, jerseys and custom team uniforms, where hundreds of pieces must match.
Screen Printing
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh screen onto the fabric, one colour at a time. It gives bold, solid colours that last, and it is the most cost-effective method when you order many pieces of the same design.
Best for: logos and text on t-shirts, hoodies, tracksuits and custom team uniforms.
Puff Printing
Puff printing is a type of screen printing. A special puff ink is printed through the screen and then heat-cured, so the ink rises and gives a raised, soft 3D effect. Logos and lettering stand out from the garment and you can feel them with your hand.
Best for: bold logos and lettering on hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts for streetwear brands and private label collections that want a premium raised look.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing
DTG printing works like an inkjet printer for fabric. The design is printed straight onto the garment, so photos, gradients and many-colour artwork come out sharp — with no screens and no setup cost per colour.
Best for: detailed artwork on cotton t-shirts and hoodies, small runs and samples for streetwear brands.
Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting machine cuts fabric with a focused laser beam that follows your digital design. Every piece comes out identical, with sharp detail and clean edges — on polyester and other synthetic fabrics the laser also seals the edge, so it does not fray. We use laser cutting for appliqué letters, numbers, logos and patches, and for detailed shapes that are hard to cut by hand.
Best for: appliqué lettering and numbers for team uniforms, logo shapes for streetwear, and patches for fight wear.
Embroidery Appliqué
Embroidery appliqué combines fabric and thread. A fabric shape — often laser-cut — is placed on the garment, and our embroidery machine stitches around its edges and adds detail on top. The result is a bold, raised, textured design that looks premium and lasts as long as the garment, without the stiffness of a large solid embroidery.
Best for: streetwear graphics on hoodies and jackets, varsity lettering, traditional satin Muay Thai shorts and private label collections.
Traditional Satin Muay Thai Shorts
We make traditional Muay Thai shorts in shiny satin with a wide leg, short cut and wide elastic waistband for full freedom of movement in kicks and knees. Your gym or brand name is added with laser-cut appliqué lettering and embroidery, in any colours you choose, along with side panels, trims and your own labels.
Best for: Muay Thai and kickboxing gyms, fight teams and fight wear brands that need custom shorts under their own label.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation uses heat to turn ink into gas so it bonds with polyester fibres. The print becomes part of the fabric: it will not crack, peel or fade, and the garment stays light and breathable. The design can cover the whole garment, edge to edge.
Best for: soccer and basketball kits, rashguards, gym wear and fight wear.
