Naxon Sports is a custom sportswear and private label apparel manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, supplying brands, clubs and gyms across the European Union. Because Pakistan is a GSP+ country, much of what we make can enter the EU at 0% customs duty. Orders start at 30 pieces per design, with EU sizing, multilingual labels and delivery to your door.
Zero duty with GSP+
Pakistan is one of eight beneficiary countries of the EU’s GSP+ scheme, which removes import duties on more than two thirds of tariff lines, including many textile and clothing products. For EU buyers this can lower landed cost compared with sourcing countries that pay full duty.
Valid now
The current GSP+ regulation runs until 2027. A new EU GSP regulation applies from 1 January 2027 for ten years.
Transition
Existing GSP+ countries keep their preferences during a grace period until the end of 2028 while they reapply under the new rules.
Proof of origin
Preference is claimed with a statement on origin under the EU’s REX system. For shipments under €6,000 the statement can be made without REX registration.

VAT and low-value parcels
Import VAT is charged in the EU country where the goods are released, and VAT-registered businesses can usually reclaim it. Since 1 July 2026 the EU no longer gives a customs duty exemption for parcels under €150, and B2B shipments below that value can no longer use the simplified declaration, so small orders are cleared like any other commercial import. With a valid GSP+ origin statement, covered products still qualify for 0% duty.

Does all clothing from Pakistan enter the EU duty free?
Many clothing lines do under GSP+, but it depends on the CN code and the rules of origin. Tell us your products and we will confirm with you before production.
Can small clubs and new brands order?
Yes. The minimum is 30 pieces per design, and names, numbers and sizes can differ on every piece.
Which countries do you ship to?
All EU member states, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Belgium, Poland and the Nordic countries.
Do you make samples before bulk?
Yes. We recommend a sample for every new design. The sample cost is adjusted in your bulk order.
